FREE Water Savings Program
- Water Survey
Call Cristina Goulart at 707.523.1010 to schedule an appointment for a water use survey of your place of business.
This is a service provided to you at no cost, which would help you conserve water and could result in a savings on your water bill, sewer bill, and potential savings to your energy bill.

The surveys will be performed by Water Agency contracted water use specialists who will come to your business. The indoor survey will include the following services, as appropriate, at no cost to you:
- search for hidden water leaks
- identify high water using appliances and fixtures
- install high-efficiency pre-rinse spray valves
- install faucet aerators
- provide High Efficiency Toilets, where feasible, at a later date
The outdoor survey will include the following, where feasible, at no cost to you:
- evaluation of your irrigation system efficiency
- review of your irrigation controller’s programming
- install or provide a rain sensor
